Since conflict is a part of life, and I do not know anyone who goes through life without any conflict, I wanted to share with you a few tips for a healthy conflict. Yes, this term, healthy conflict does exist!

By changing how we think combined with creating new neural pathways, we get to the root cause of our behaviors rather than only managing the symptoms. As a result, we help ourselves in a multitude of areas including peace of mind in our daily living, healthy relationships, successful careers, and so on. But it takes practice. Insight alone is not enough.
