Enactment-The Time Is Now

Enactment-The Time Is Now

"“There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.”
—Edith Wharton"

Shine Your Light in Every Season

There’s a reason we associate light with celebration, hope, and new beginnings.
Light warms.
It reveals.
It brings clarity where there was confusion, comfort where there was pain.
Whether it’s Hanukkah’s glowing chanukiah or twinkling Christmas lights around the neighborhood—light always calls us forward.
But you don’t have to wait for a holiday to shine.
You are the light.

Positivity Is a Must! Not a Maybe

In Hebrew, the word for positive (חיובי) shares its root with must (חייב) and owe (חובה).
That’s no coincidence.
We must be positive.
We owe it to ourselves and each other to bring light into the world.
Because positivity isn’t just a mood.
It’s a mindset.
It’s a muscle we build.
And it’s the daily choice we make to become the people we are meant to be.
Your light doesn’t have to be loud or flashy.
It just has to be real.
When you show up with hope, curiosity, courage, and compassion—when you walk into a room and choose to radiate joy instead of judgment—you shift the entire energy around you.

Change Is the Final Step. And the First Spark.

Enactment is the moment when everything clicks—not because life got easier, but because you chose to take the next brave step.
For me, it meant stepping away from a 30-year career in education to pursue something uncertain and thrilling: speaking, coaching, and writing. That change required trust. Vulnerability. And a whole lot of light.
But I chose it.
And in choosing it, I grew into the woman I am today.
What are you ready to choose?
A new relationship? A career move? A mindset shift?
Even a commitment to speak more kindly to yourself?
You don’t need to change everything overnight.
You just need to say yes to what aligns with your truth—and take one step today.

Let Your Light Be Contagious

In Jewish tradition, we’re invited to participate in tikkun olam—repairing the world.
And how do we repair it?
With light.
With compassion.
With choosing to change where it matters most—starting within.
As you take this final step in the CHOOSE playbook, remember:

Your Champion Action Step

  • This is the moment.
  • The moment you choose joy.
  • The moment you choose to change.
  • The moment you enact everything you’ve been learning.
