Dorice arrived in the U.S. from Israel at 21, with a suitcase, $600, and big dreams. Growing up with limited resources taught Dorice the value of relationships and resilience. Her time as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces shaped her leadership philosophy: lead with empathy, foster collaboration, and embrace challenges.
For sixteen years, she worked as an education director, guiding families and young minds. This experience deepened her understanding of human connection and the importance of positive relationships.
Today, she brings her background in leadership, education, and Positive Intelligence into the corporate world, helping organizations build thriving teams through resilience, positivity, and empowerment.
